Who processes your data

What data I process

• Contact details you give me when you write on WhatsApp, by email or by phone: name, phone, email and whatever you tell me in your message.
• Business information you share for the diagnosis or during the service: type of venue, sales and cost figures, team organisation and so on.
• Billing details if you hire me: company name, tax ID and address.
• Browsing data strictly necessary for the site to work. See the cookie policy.

I do not ask for special category data (health, beliefs and so on).

The profitability calculator

The figures you enter in the calculator are processed only in your browser. They are not sent to any server or stored. If you tap the WhatsApp button, a message with your results opens and you decide whether to send it.

What I use your data for

• Answering your enquiry and arranging the diagnostic call.
• Preparing a proposal.
• Providing the service, issuing invoices and keeping the accounts.
• Meeting my legal, tax and accounting obligations.

I do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data, and I will not send you marketing without your consent.

Legal basis

• Pre-contractual steps and contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).
• Legal obligation (article 6.1.c GDPR) for invoicing and accounting.
• Consent (article 6.1.a GDPR) for any communication unrelated to your enquiry or the service. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long I keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 12 months from the last contact.
• Clients: for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by Spanish law: 6 years for accounting records and 4 years for tax records.

Who else may access it

I do not sell or share your data. I use providers acting as processors, under contract and with GDPR safeguards: web hosting and maintenance, email and cloud tools, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) if you choose that channel, and my accountant. I may also disclose data to the tax authorities, courts or other authorities when legally required.

International transfers

Some providers, such as WhatsApp, may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they rely on GDPR safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, or to withdraw your consent. Write to info@manuelsalguero.com saying which right you want to exercise. I will reply within one month (article 12.3 GDPR).

If you think I have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority in your country.

Minors

My services are aimed at professionals and businesses. I do not process data of children under 14.

Security

I apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access and GDPR-compliant providers.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy to reflect legal changes or new services. The date of the latest version is always shown at the top of the page.
